第1步：了解学校和相关专业信息。国际学生在开始申请之前，请仔细阅读学校网站上的详细信息，获取学校和相关专业课程信息，决定要申请专业和层次。

第2步：完成网上注册。国际学生需在网上申请系统中上传必要的个人材料，包括护照、学位证、毕业证、成绩单、申请表（Word版本）等等，所上传全部文件需扫描完整、清晰、彩色

第3步：查收录取通知书。如果国际学生申请材料符合录取要求，通过相关面试（奖学金生和研究生），学校将录取通知书发到国际学生预留的邮箱。

第4步：支付申请费。国际学生收到录取通知书后需将申请费（人民币800元）转账至学校账户以保留录取资格。付款后需将缴费凭据扫描件发给学校。

第5步：等待签证办理结果。学校确认收到申请费后，需要向政府递交签证材料办理申请（JW202表），通常需要3-4周办理好国际学生签证材料。

第6步：做好中国之行准备。学校向国际学生邮寄签证办理材料，国际学生在所在国中国大使馆完成签证办理之后应当预订机票。国际学生应至少提前7天告知学校来华航班详情。

Step 1: Learn more about the school and the programs of YU. Get information about university and programs, then read details in our website before starting your application. Make a decision on which program and which degree you are going to apply for.

Step 2: Register in YU online application system. Upload all necessary documents in YU online application system, including transcripts, application form (Word format), passport, etc. All documents should be scanned complete, clear and colorful by the scanner instead of phone camera.

Step 3: Get the admission notice. YU will send you admission notice to your email if your application documents are qualified and you pass the interview (for scholarship students and postgraduates).

Step 4: Pay the fee. Complete the application fee (CNY 800) in university bank account to keep you in the waiting list. Please send us the scanned copy of the receipt after payment.

Step 5: Get the result. Usually, it takes 3-4 weeks to get visa documents (jw202 form) from the government after Yangtze University gets your application fee in it bank account.

Step 6: Prepare for your travel to China. If you get all visa documents, you can prepare visa application and flight booking. Please inform the admission office the details of your travel 7 days before your departure to China.
